Electronic Devices Policy

(Subject to change in Term 3 2023)

1. Phones and electronic devices will be collected from students by overnight supervisor/s prior to lights out (typically 9:30-9:45PM)
2. Students may retrieve their devices from the overnight supervisor/s each morning for use between 8:00 - 8:30AM after the completion of hostel duties
3. Devices will be collected from all students at 8:30AM prior to the commencement of the day's activities. Devices will be kept locked in the overnight supervisor/s room during the day
4. If parents/carers need to contact the student during  the hours of 8:30AM - 3:30PM they may do so by calling the school on (02) 5804 7000
5. Students may retrieve their mobile phone from staff in the afternoon for use between 3:30PM - lights out
6. Mobile phones are not to be used during planned lessons and activities
7. Students who do not follow these rules may be sent home
